How can I get your catalog and pricing information? You will need a wholesale account to access our on-line catalog. To apply, please complete the Dealer Application Form. Printed catalogs are free to customers who have ordered from Hebi Arts within the past year. For new customers, we charge $15 per catalog, which will be credited toward your first order.

Where can I see your products?  You can see our products at our tradeshows or at our showrooms nationwide.

How can I place an order?   We accept orders through this website and also via fax and e-mail.

Do you have order minimums?  Minimum order requirements: First order - $500. Reorders - $250.

What types of payment do you accept?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card orders are pre-authorized prior to packing and billed upon shipment.

Can I get payment terms?   Net 30 terms are offered on second and subsequent orders to customers with satisfactory credit references. Net 30 orders are subject to a $1,000 minimum.

When will I receive my order? Stock items are shipped within two weeks of the order date. Backordered items are shipped within 10 weeks. Shipping acknowledgements are sent upon request. We will do our best to meet specific delivery date requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

How will my order be shipped?  Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Larger items (as noted on the price list) and volume orders are shipped via common carrier. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier used for any given shipment.
